Who we are...

Founded in 2007, the 21^st Century Mentors Foundation's leads by example by providing positive role models as Mentors to motivate our youth by participating in productive community activities.  Our Youth Mentoring programs are having success in helping young people stay out of trouble.

We believe that Youth Mentoring works best when goals are focused on developing trusting relationships with peers and adults.

What we do...

We go beyond focusing solely on behavioral goals, achieving better grades and teaching  youth about resisting drug use.  Our Mentoring programs are designed to help children develop socially, because social skills benefit youth in all areas of their lives for the rest of their life.

Why We Do It!

We know it does takes a village to raise a child. We believe that you start building a good and safe community when you decide to be a mentor and give part of yourself back to the youth within your community.

Research has proven that youth who have been mentored are less likely to skip school, do better in their class work, have less instances of substance abuse, and are less likely to get in trouble.
